PARENT/GUARDIAN EXPECTATIONS


Health policies will be strictly enforced to lessen the spread of viruses and illness during the convention especially as children fellowship together during this time.

A Child should be free from Fever for a minimum of 24hrs prior to signing your child in to the children’s
ministry.

A Child should be free of either Vomiting/Diarrhea for a minimum of 12hrs prior to been signed into the children’s ministry.

No Rash, Skin infection, Lice or Nits. Only if it has been diagnose by a physician as uninfectious with a
physician note.

Pink eye/ Eye infection should be under treatment, but if it is a lingering infection we will request
diagnosis.

A Temperature above normal (98.6) is request to be kept with parents.

No open or seeping wounds.

Allergies: Only if these symptoms cause colored; nasal discharge will require a signed statement from
the child physician that it’s not contagious.

Children are expected to be picked up in a timely manner and take note of late fee written in the
convention program.

When a child commits an offense on the third warning the child is given a note to parent and would miss the next session. (Parent your child will sit with you)

Learning Expectation for Children during Convention

1. Follow directions the first time given.
2. Be prepared with all supplies (Bible, notebook and pen)
3. Be prepared with completed assignments.
4. Keep hands, feet and object to yourself.
5. If you have to speak raise your hands and speak only at appropriate times.
6. No chewing gum in the classroom
7.Dress appropriately, belt and other clothing are worn appropriately.
8. Be courteous to others.
9. Use of bathroom will depend on each class teacher.
10. Keep your classroom clean always.
11. Do not bring any of such to class: games, toys, cell phones or turned off .
12. No grooming in the classroom area.
